On this episode, Alexandra DeSiato, co-author of Lifelong Yoga and Teaching Yoga Beyond the Poses and co-owner of Whole Mama Yoga, talks about how to get back into exercise after giving birth. Like births, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to getting back into exercise newly postpartum. Alexandra shares her thoughts and some research behind diastasis recti, the right time to resume yoga and other activities, and her favorite postnatal exercises.
