Trying to get enough sleep while pregnant can be... challenging, to say the least. Prenatal insomnia, anxiety, and discomfort don't help. This episode with sleep coach Liz Harden of Little Dipper Wellness is a great resource to help you discover healthier sleep habits for more energetic days and give you some answers for how to sleep comfortably while pregnant.
In this episode, Liz shares some tips for what to do if you're a back or stomach sleeper, some aids for better sleep, building a bedtime routine, and adding a mindfulness practice to help you catch some Zzzs.
