It sounds like a lot but at the heart of it all, the message is simple...live a good, positive life & make sure that is how you are remembered. If you are a negative person & leave a negative legacy, that could manifest itself into a negative spirit that not only influences those you knew but could possibly haunt physical places you were attached to & affect vulnerable strangers.
