5. Europa Metals #EUZ - Updated Mineral Resource Estimate

Europa Metals is pleased to announce a 19% increase to the Indicated Mineral resource and a 14% increase in grade, to approximately 7Mt @ 8.1% Zn Equivalent (including Pb credits), 5% Zn, 3.7% Pb and 29g/t Ag, for the Company's 100% owned Toral Pb, Zn & Ag project in northern Spain.

Greatland Gold announces that it has entered into an agreement with Flynn Gold Ltd providing Flynn Gold an option to purchase Greatland's Tasmanian tenements, Firetower and Warrentinna, for an option fee of A$100,000 (~£55,000). The option may be exercised during the option period which ends no later than 30 June 2023.
