Let's dive into what Mother Nature has in store for us over the next few days here in Washington DC.
Currently, we're looking at mostly clear skies overnight with a low around 40 degrees and a light west wind keeping things breezy.
As we move into Thursday, get ready for some weather variety. We're expecting isolated showers around noon, followed by scattered showers and thunderstorms after 3 pm. Some of these storms could even bring small hail, so stay safe out there. Temperatures will reach a high near 56 with a chance of precipitation at 50%.
Thursday night, the rainy pattern continues with scattered showers and thunderstorms early before transitioning to isolated showers late. Expect a mostly cloudy night with a low around 39 and a west wind of about 8 to 10 miles per hour.
Looking ahead to Friday, there's a slight chance of showers in the afternoon under partly sunny skies. The high will be around 53 with a northwest wind of 9 to 16 miles per hour, gusting up to 24 mph.
And for the weekend outlook, Saturday brings mostly sunny skies and a high near 55, followed by a partly cloudy night with a low around 38. Sunday looks bright with sunny skies and a high near 61, perfect for any outdoor plans you may have.
