A podcast meant for our education class

Althea Heimbach was a pioneer in women’s physical education. She worked at Milwaukee-Downer College for 41 years, from 1919 to 1960. She coached everything from archery to volleyball, and then badminton to field hockey. In 1933, she began to coach rowing.
