Hello! I'm Josh. Perhaps you remember me from my radio shows that aired in such great American cities as Baton Rouge, Houston, Philadelphia, Houston again, New Orleans, Nashville, Detroit, Memphis or most recently St. Louis. I'm glad you are here. In all my stops I've been accused of many things. I don't know sports I'm a shock jock I'm a nepo baby Well, that's all fine. What I do know is I enjoy drinking domestic beer, betting on sports and smoking meat. If that's not for you, cool.

I am a radio idiot who has gotten fired...a few times. I'm aware of what it takes to get unjobbed. That said, this Dan Bernstein in Chicago losing his job over a fish is truly the best unjobbing story ever. I was reading a story that blamed social media for Dan's demise. Here's a thought, blame the dumbass who is fighting with people over a FISH. L…

First off, some of the podcast listeners have been bitching about a lack of episodes. I love you guys. I appreciate the interest. But, some days I don't have anything to say. Second, the new "Snow White" movie was a bomb...you know, perhaps don't be hyper political and maybe your film will have a shot. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaph…

Jilly was telling me about some story that said the women's basketball tournament is more interesting than the mens...is it? Men's college basketball is a snooze and most people can't name a handful of players. The WVU mens basketball coach left for Indiana and he's catching some hell from WVU fans...I feel like I can sort of relate. Learn more abo…

Jilly and I spent Movie and Mexican Tuesday seeing a film called "The Monkey"... It was actually not bad. I enjoyed it. There was a woman in the theater who actually made the movie experience even better. I saw a study that claims 20% of kids use their phones in the theater. Id assume the number is higher. I wish I got as excited about March Madness as I did when I was a kid. For whatever reason, the tournament just doesn't really do anything for me anymore. I guess that's part of getting older. I was reading a story about how the SEC is going to have a let down in the tourney...well, they have 14 teams in the dance...some of them will lose. Learn mo…

I stopped reading the "For You" tab on Twitter and I notice a change in the content of the podcast. Do you think it's a good change? There is a radio host in Chicago who went off on social media and now he's suspended. These old school media guys have totally lost their minds in the era of social media. We had a massive storm roll through the region on Friday. It was pretty gnarly and I was actually somewhat worried. Our internet went out so I was forced to find DVD's to watch. I don't have many DVD's. I got a random call from a Philly listener. I have no clue how this guy had my number..but it was totally random. Learn more about your ad choices.…

First off, we have a heartwarming story of a Houston embalmer who cut the penis off a corpse... From there, we transition to the story of Coleman Hawkins. He who is a college basketball who transferred from Illinois to Kansas State because he got "the bag". Apparently he got $2 million to play at K-State. They've been bounced from the conference to…

Anthony or 'Opie and Anthony" is back on radio and just got a syndication deal. I love old school radio guys. I love talking with them. I love hearing the stories. I grew up admiring O&A so I think it's bad ass that Anthony, the talent of the duo, is back in the game. This leads me to talking about some of my encounters with famous radio people. Le…

Apparently there is a new R. Kelly song and people are debating if it's AI or if he actually recorded this in prison. The gist of this episode centers around living your gimmick. Look at people like Angel Reese. They all want to be big and bad until people are critical...then they enjoy playing victim. Let Draymond Green be your guide...this dude n…

A guy who had been on the air for 32 years in Kansas City was given the opportunity to do a final show. You don't get that very often in this business. I actually aspire to be in a place that long. Today is one of those days I feel like rantings about dipshits on the internet. What's funny is I don't really care about what people say about me. It is what it is. After seeing Angel Reese intimate that the WNBA players will strike if they don't get what they want, I find myself baffled by people not realizing they aren't that important. I'm in one of those moods today. I heard really lazy radio this morning and now I'm enraged. I am starting to become resigned to the fact that my days as a radio dude may be over. I'm not saying this to be dramatic, but it's becoming more and more likely that it's over. This leads me to talk about how I may be the most ghosted dude in radio history…

I've been told by a listener that I talk too much about Door Dash. Well, that's what's going on in my life. That said, I made my most random delivery to date. Michelle Trachtenberg and Gene Hackman have died. First off, Michelle was in "Euro Trip" which was a fine film. It's better than "Road Trip". I enjoy the number of Eagles fans who virtue signaled over the Eagles turning down the offer to visit the White House, only to find out they haven't been invited and would attend if invited. I'm of the belief that the "For You" tab on X is the worst thing to ever happen to society. "For You" shows everything you hate and waits for you to react. It's outrageous! I've seen people saying that the 4 Nations Hockey tournament was brilliant and could be a massive boom for the NHL. I beg to differ. It was fun and it was certainly a victory for hockey. I was listening to local radio today and heard a sports topic that only a handful of people would care about. First off, it's snowing in St. Louis. Once again, these doors have no concept of how to shovel sidewalks. We start with a nice comment from a listener. This person believes I should start a Philly specific podcast and become the Joe Rogan of Philly. I'm not positive that would work.
