This week, in what might be the funniest episode yet, Molly and Emese are joined by co-stars Amy Schumer and Brianne Howey. They get candid about motherhood, career evolution, and their new film, Kinda Pregnant —which unexpectedly led to Amy’s latest health discovery. Amy opens up about how public criticism led her to uncover her Cushing syndrome diagnosis, what it’s like to navigate comedy and Hollywood as a mom, and the importance of sharing birth stories without shame. Brianne shares how becoming a mother has shifted her perspective on work, how Ginny & Georgia ’s Georgia Miller compares to real-life parenting, and the power of female friendships in the industry. We also go behind the scenes of their new Netflix film, Kinda Pregnant —how Molly first got the script, why Amy and Brianne were drawn to the project, and what it means for women today. Plus, they reflect on their early career struggles, the moment they knew they “made it,” and how motherhood has reshaped their ambitions. From career highs to personal challenges, this episode is raw, funny, and packed with insights. Get out of your head and off the couch!
We wish we had heard Number One Sons’ “Bored” sooner! That way wouldn’t be as pissed as our cats, and we wouldn’t be so bored. “Bored” is filled to the brim with the best of what Pop-Punk is known for. “Bored’s” vocalist has the quintessential vocal tone singing hilarious lyrics that would undoubtedly have Billie Joe Armstrong taking notes. What’s a great vocal tone if the music isn’t great? Number One Sons, have you covered there. “Bored” is laden with simple yet infectious guitar riffs and drums that would move you to the core. If you’re still bored after listening to Number One Sons’ “Bored,” we ask you to check your pulse because you might not have one. Fans of Green Day, Blink-182, All Time Low, and Alkaline Trio would love this track!…
St. Louis punk band, Number One Sons, is back with another catchy new single! This project has been on fire lately, releasing a string of poppy singles over the past two years. Their latest, "I Don't Wanna Be A Meme" is no exception. Hypnotic vocal flows drive this track through a wild ride of fast and in-your-face punk instrumentals. We added the single to our Underground Punk playlist on Spotify. You can dance along to the new single below. Make sure to follow Number One Sons to stay on top of what else they have going on!…
A hot swing punk rock anti-war track.
“’Cuz I don’t give a fuck, I don’t give a fuck, call me Slick Rick, babe, enough is enough!” Was all I could sing as soon as I heard the chorus. It’s been stuck in my head since I heard “Slick Rick” by Number One Sons. Maybe, it’s because the catchiness of the chorus forced me to give a fuck about the song. It’s incredible and it’s the strongest follow-up to Number One Sons’ Wankers EP I could think of. This track might replace “I’d Be So Much Cooler If I Were A Dick” as my favorite song from Number One Sons. “Slick Rick” has everything Number One Sons are known for: Hilariously relatable lyrics, Pop- Punk sensibilities of the early 2000s, and a hook that gets inside your very being and makes you sing along. “Slick Rick” even has a phenomenal performance from Lil Used, a well-known artist in the Emo scene. Fans of Sum-41, Blink-182, and Green Day will love this one. Put Number One Sons’ “Slick Rick” in your playlist now!…
“Pop punk as rebellious as Jesus, since 2001.” If that isn’t the best band bio ever offered unto the internet, we don’t know what is. That rascally brand of irreverence is fully evident in Number One Sons’ latest track “I’d Be So Much Cooler If I Was A Dick” - a tongue-in-cheek perspective on selfish individualism and at-any-cost ambition that totally rocks our socks off. You couldn’t find a more perfect combo of arch yet truthful, bold, and, above all, outstandingly fun writing, complete with all the hallmarks of early skate punk, on any Tony Hawk Pro Skater soundtrack.…
"I Lived", the latest single from St. Louis band, Number One Sons, is a catchy new tune that features impressive vocal work over a well-produced pop-punk inspired instrumental. Boasting a melodic blend of pop-punk and emo vibes, this track draws on nostalgic elements of the genres, while at the same time delivering a refreshing and unique style. Huge choruses drive this track through an enjoyable journey of fast instrumentals, hypnotic vocal flows, and unique transitions. The lyricism and guitar work takes darker turns at points through the track, which we love. Overall this is a really catchy track that leaves us excited for what's next!…
