I've found that listening to other people's versions of the situation to be extremely helpful and have decided that I would continue to share my podcast thoughts in real time. A lot of us find this a very testing period, as far as our mental health is concerned as much as anything, and I feel its's important to share, listen and be as helpful to one another as possible.
