Chronic diseases, from heart disease to diabetes, are major global contributors to a shortened lifespan. So, this week on Aging Less: The Longevity Science Insights Podcast, host Marie Stella gets dietitian Supriya Lal’s expertise on how plant-based diets may offer the nutritional benefits required to prevent and alleviate chronic diseases.
