Fitness and nutrition aren't about doing more; you can't do all the things all the time. That's not sustainable!

You don't need to do more, you just need to do the most important things better:

You NEED to eat better

You NEED to sleep better

You NEED to better manage your stress

You NEED to move better

When you eat more, train less, and focus on the things that actually matter (instead of ALL the things), you’ll feel better, look better, and perform better.
