The federal Liberals have launched their review of the Cannabis Act, four years after legalization. We'll talk with the Retail Cannabis Council of British Columbia and the Vancouver city councillor who headed that city's marijuana file. And in our second half, as Postmedia announces the end of Monday editions for nine urban newspapers, we'll reflect on the role of print media in the Canadian journalism landscape.
