Mark Stepowoy is the Owner of a couple dozen Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service franchises, and Rachel Cross is a Senior Growth Product Specialist at ServiceTitan.
Mark’s franchises are located throughout Ohio and Illinois. Mark is also a partner in a few other locations. He’s been in the Roto-Rooter business for a quarter of a century.
At ServiceTitan, Rachel helps establish solutions around customer-specific setups and workflows, building relationships, and training users on growth products. Before that, she worked with her dad, Mark Stepowoy, as Enterprise Administrator across the various locations of his Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service franchises.
