How to Feel More Confident in Your Daily Communication with Ryan O'Shea
Manage episode 332834613 series 3307175
We communicate with people every single day, whether it’s in person, over the phone, zoom call, text, or email. When it comes to our confidence journey it’s important for us to feel confident in our speech.
I used to be very quiet, but as I’ve grown up, I have found my voice a little bit more, but still, I really struggle with not feeling confident in my voice and whether people hear me. But it doesn’t stop there. Oftentimes, my brain is going a million miles an hour and I am trying not to forget what I want to say, but then I also want to make sure that the person I am talking to actually hears what I am saying. Sometimes I wish I could just break through all of these thoughts I am having and come across as the smart, confident person I know that I am. I know that I am not alone in feeling this way, and I think that many of you probably struggle with feeling confident in your communication on some level. That’s why I am so excited to bring you my conversation with the delightful Ryan O’Shea.
