This week I open up on my own excuses that I use and I want to say that together we must STOP WITH EXCUSES. Please ladies and gentleman no matter what it is stop making excuses they are holding us back from where we can be in life and our struggle against addiction.
So Again stop justifying bad habits and saying there is a 'reason' for doing it again.
