A Tonne Of Chat Over The Years
Today’s instalment of Drewling Samantics is an opportunity for the boys to celebrate and pat themselves on the back. Why? Well, they have simultaneously reached two very important milestones on their eventful podcast journey, yes indeed, this episode marks TWO YEARS of Drewling Samantics and is also the 99th release with the centenary episode coming next Sunday!
It seems hard to believe that two years have passed since Drew and Sam ventured onto the podcast airwaves for the first time, but since then there has been much chat, information, banter, laughter, debate and storytelling – a whole variety of content that, although initially designed to help combat the unwelcome guest and to conquer lockdown, has now expanded to serve many purposes, not least providing opportunities to hear from lots of other members of the performance world. Yes, the Drewling Samantics chaps have certainly not done it all on their own, forty-one guests have graced thirty-seven very special episodes and the boys thank them all.
A great deal has changed for everyone’s favourite podcasting pair and their industry over the past two years (as it has for many others) and they have enjoyed sharing their experiences with their followers and friends, but there is still much more to come as well as lots to celebrate in the future.
