We have Sajah Popham back on the podcast to talk to us about herbal alchemy & spagyrics! Sajah is author of Evolutionary Herbalism and the founder of the School of Evolutionary Herbalism, where he trains herbalists in a holistic system of plant medicine that encompasses clinical western herbalism, medical astrology, Ayurveda, and spagyric alchemy.

In this episode, we go into what Alchemy is... Sajah breaks down the word, the historical lineage and how it's rooted in the transformational process of nature.
