Being present with yourself-what it means and the benefits it provides

In this episode I'll explore the idea of being aware of your inner environment. All of the personal things that are experienced and felt by only you. The feelings you are having, the emotions you are expressing, the thoughts you are thinking, the images that are in your mind, and expectations, ideas and beliefs that you have that are associated with the others.
We'll explore how important it is to be present, to be aware of this inner environment or experience, in the context of how you are creating the experience of your life in each moment of your day.
We'll explore how the future you have show up, is brought about through the choices you are making now, and how that is effected by being present.
We'll discuss the importance of how being present, mindful and keeping your attention in the now, are, to having your experience of life look the way you would like it to.
