In today's episode, I thought I would focus on those who are newer in their exploration of this journey.
After almost thirty years of deeply embracing my exploration of self, I have become familiar with many of the experiences that show up as we move to a deeper understanding of who and what we are. In today's episode I want to share some of that.
It's not an instruction manual or a set of rigid guidelines, but rather a collection of suggestions and examples of many of the experiences you are likely to encounter on this journey, and information that I believe will aid you as you experience them.
This archeological event you are pursuing, is really about unearthing the unlimited and infinite you, that lies so closely to your present experience. It really only takes understanding how to open the doors and which ones to open. And really, doors make it sound too sequestered. It more about just turning and looking in the direction you haven't yet.
