He is the author of two books (1) "Charting Change" and (2) "Stoking Your Innovation Bonfire", creator of the Human-Centered Change & Innovation Change™ methodology, and has maximized profits for companies while living and working in England, Germany, and the United States. Braden is a US Navy Veteran and earned his MBA from top-rated London Business School.

Braden is passionate about digital transformation, innovation and change, and has written for numerous online publications including CIO Online, The Atlantic, WIRED, and The Washington Post.
