Many of us need a dose of motivation first before getting into action.

When we want to lose fat and live healthy, we would take pre-workouts and watch motivational videos on social media.

When we want to reach success in our careers, we watch success stories and inspirational talks from successful people, and look forward to rewards.

We do anything just to get our blood pumping and feel the high of being motivated.

It helps us dominate and perform very well.

But what happens when that high is over? When the spike of motivation gets sucked out of us?

We get stuck in a rut, and it keeps us from reaching our summit and living the best life we want.
