Today we drove to Banff - home of the World’s Most Beautiful Beer Festival (shameless plug) - and the amazing Banff Ave Brewing Company! I met up with their Head Brewer, Miranda Batterink, to chat about her journey as a brewer and why she loves working in Banff. We talk about how the brewery has become so connected with the local community and the challenges of working in a tourist destination through the current pandemic.
