Jeff and I are following up on the idea we had in the last episode of targeting lakefront homeowners. With a single target market selected, we picked the top end of the market, created a guide to Winter Haven lakefront house prices and started running Facebook ads.
In less than two weeks of starting the process, we have a list of 88 people looking for or owning a lakefront home in Winter Haven.
Now we're making a plan to follow up with these people to see who are the 5-start prospects within this list and ways we can engage and be ready to help out.
