In the first My Meditation episode ever Lyndsay Codner explains how her childhood hobby helped save her from suicide. From being in the darkest of places Lyndsay took a step back in time and dusted off the dancing shoes to guide her towards the light once again. Her meditation saved her life. Now she's as a happy and as fit as she's ever been.
