Its the first episode of Public Media Daily! It won't be perfect from the start, but we will improve as time goes by.

1) Lots of awards given to public radio stations at Associated Press' statewide broadcasters associations awards.
2) Winter weather causing problems at Pioneer Public Television and Michigan Radio, as well as technical problems at KNPB and at one of W.V. Public's radio stations.

3) MPR and Garrison Keillor now like each other again as past editions of APHC and The Writer's Almanac will soon be available once more for your enjoyment.

4) WLRN has to pay back $784K to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) due to overpayments.

5) Other news includes Kai Ryssdal hosting CBS Sunday Morning and Science Friday has returned to Indiana Public Radio.
