Process of you hearing this sound

• I am pushing oxygen through my mouth
• My vocal chords vibrating
• mouth and tongue are manipulating that air to generate a sound
• Then forget the aspect that my voice is being digitized and processed and transforming my analog output to digital 1s and 0s that is being beamed to your device that is generating sound that is being picked up by your ears that vibrates little hairs that generate electrical pulses that your brain is transcribing into speech and applying meaning to that is stimulating thought
• Not to mention what else you may be doing while listening - driving, exercising, doing house chores

The fact that God designed a system where are parasympathetic nervous system, your heart, lungs etc. can operate without you consciously being aware of it

Have you ever got a cut and you see the scab form - you didn’t have to will that scab to form

You didn’t have to will your body to heal this all happens naturally

Or the fact that we can sleep

That a chemical is released throughout our body that paralyzes our body so we don’t hurt ourselves or others in our sleep when we dream

Mike Birbiglia comedian has a condition where his body doesn’t release this chemical that paralyzes his body

Also, heard of a professor who had another condition where if he was anxious or excited his body would faulty produce this chemical and he would be paralyzed but fully conscious and just have to wait till he could gain access to his body again

The fact that we don’t urinate or dedicate when we sleep
