Manage episode 414536856 series 2794891
As per the BC Real Estate Association, the real estate market in the province is displaying indications of a rebound, although home sales continue to lag behind the 10-year average. Brendon Ogmundson, Chief Economist at BCREA, elaborated that while activity is increasing, home sales are still below typical levels, and home prices have remained relatively stable since last summer.
James and Denny share what they are seeing in this real estate market and offer predictions for what may happen in the summer and fall.
This episode will focus on the current spring real estate market in Vancouver, sales volume and ratios, luxury condos struggling, more options for buyers, rates staying high, difficulties with land value, future predictions and housing stats from New West, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Yaletown, Maple Ridge and Burnaby.
