In this episode of Intermittent Fasting Stories, Gin talks to Michelle Parker from Nashville, TN.

Michelle is an executive headhunter. She shares that she did her first diet at age fourteen, which began a lifetime of trying "every diet under the sun."

By January of 2019, Michelle had reached her highest weight. A friend told her about intermittent fasting, and Michelle immediately began to research it. She read Delay, Don't Deny, The Obesity Code, and listened to The Intermittent Fasting podcasts. This helped her to understand how and why IF works.

As Michelle began her journey, she looked at IF as a diet. Over time, however, she realized she needed to change her mindset of, "I hate my body; how can I make it smaller?" to "How can I serve and heal my body?" This changed everything!

Michelle has gone from a size 10 to a size 6 and feels incredible.

Michelle's advice: Shift your mindset. Don't just focus on losing weight. Look at IF as serving your body. Give your body what it needs.
