Welcome to the inaugural episode of C60 Health Connections, where we meet with leading experts in the health & wellness space to support our listeners in holistic wellbeing and healthy aging goals! For our first episode we are happy to have guest Brett Hawes, a leading figure in Functional Medicine with a focus on digestive, autoimmune and endocrine health. A faculty member at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, Brett augments his practice with experience in Ayurveda, energy medicine, Body Talk and iridology, among an array of other complementary practices.

Kicking off the series, Brett shares his expertise in detox and digestive health, central to optimum function of the entire body. A balanced, healthy gut creates a cascade of benefits to all other areas. Brett’s holistic view reminds us that health is not an end point, but a state of being.
