About Elgie Bright:
Elgie Bright is the Automotive Department Chair at
Northwood University, teaching classes on Dealership
Operations, Business Management, Marketing, and Industry
issues. Elgie worked in vehicle sales, service, and marketing at
GM for over 20 years, consulting with automotive retail
operations in several markets across the country. Prior to GM,
Elgie worked in Automotive Retail Management for over 10 years
at a large volume Pontiac, GMC, and Mitsubishi Dealership in
Michigan.
Elgie’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive and leadership.
He thrives on challenges, particularly those that involve the
customer experience and organizational strategy with a plan to
win.
