Many today struggle with Jesus' claim that it is only through Him that someone can come to the God and be saved. Such a claim may seem too exclusive and narrow to some, but is it really? We will wrestle with the notion all religions are equal and true, but even so we will also discover that Jesus did not back down from the "narrowness" of his claims. In Luke 13:24 He encourages those who wish to follow Him to "Make every effort to enter through the narrow door" (NIV 1984). Entering through that door proves to be costly for those who trust in Jesus and follow in His footsteps, but the eternal feast that awaits them is more than worth it!
