My guest for this episode of the Soul Career podcast is my friend and fellow entrepreneur Sheldon Powe.
Sheldon is the Founder and CEO of Innovate10X, a leading digital transformation firm based in Jamaica. He also invests in a number of entrepreneurs. In fact, Sheldon is one of the three men who made a seed investment in Soul Career®.
I met Sheldon in 2018 when he was leaving his 21-year career at the JMMB Group - one of Jamaica’s largest investment firms, founded by his family, to start Innovate 10x. His decision to leave his corporate job was risky, but it helped him to fulfil his long-held desire for entrepreneurship.
