This week, a Spirit Airlines Airbus A320 was faced with a bird strike, which resulted in an engine fire and a subsequent evacuation on the runway. While there were no casualties, passengers on this aircraft made a mistake. A mistake which has been made in the past, and has resulted in the loss of life.
