Today we talk about another short topic: cell phone behavior. Most of us have cell phone phones, but, more disturbingly, many of us can be addicted to our cell phones without realizing it.
How can being too attached to our cell phones hinder and damage our lives? What may be some practical steps to cut the umbilical cord that keeps us connected to "the internet of all things?"
