In today's podcast, we first talk about the new Kendrick brothers documentary Show Me the Father , and how's there's an epidemic of fatherlessness in our society, what God would like to do about it, and how God is a good, good Father!
Next, I share some of my thoughts about Simone Biles suffering sexual abuse at the hands of her sports doctor.
The remainder of the time is devoted to continuing our study of women in ministry in the New Testament. We begin looking deeply at some of the "problem passages" regarding women, starting with 1 Corinthians 11, the passage about how women should have their heads covered while praying or prophesying.
Whether you're a man or a woman, it's important to know what this passage clearly states.

1. Why Not Women? written by Loren Cunningham and David Hamilton
Loren Cunningham is the founder of Youth with a Mission (or YWAM), one of the largest mission agencies in the world. David Hamilton, a YWAM missionary, has spent 4,000 hours researching the topic of women in ministry. Both have sadly seen how women have been hindered in ministry due to limiting interpretations of the Bible.
[Below David Hamilton teaches from his book Why not Women? He covers views of women from the New Testament from both Jesus and Paul. He also goes over the cultural views of women from the Greeks, Romans, and Jews as opposed to God's original intention for women.]
