Hi, I’m Pascale Gibon. Welcome to episode 233 of The Everyday Life Balance Show. Thank you for tuning in.

As we celebrate love this month, I want to start with the importance of nurturing your heart.

There is a strong correlation between a healthy heart, wellness and happiness.

According to HeartMath scientific research, your heart rhythm pattern or Heart Rate Variability (HRV) reveals your level of inner balance and emotional state. This result is fascinating.

Since the rhythm of your heart reveals your level of inner balance and emotional state, the steadier the rhythm of your heart is, the more balanced and resilient you will feel. From HeartMath scientific research, we can observe that too much stress and frustration can create an imbalance and upset your emotional state.

I believe that a healthy and happy heart contributes to greater happiness. Long-standing anger, resentment, worry and jalousie cause the suffering of the heart.

Just imagine what it would be like if you could remove all this heaviness and lighten up your heart by returning to a natural state of love. It is possible once you agree to do the work.

Remember that your thoughts create your feelings which lead your body to action. What if you could let go step by step of all the negative layers that cover your heart and no longer serve you?

I believe that when you care for your heart through good nutrition, reduced stress, physical exercise, healing, a positive mindset, a loving, kind and caring attitude, you live a love-driven life.
