- intentionally eat more foods to focus on building muscle and changing the shape of their bodies
- NOT DIET: that's correct--learning to diet, aka maintain a calorie deficit, is also about knowing when NOT TO due stress and lack of recovery
- understand the roles that sleep, digestion, and food quality play in losing body fat
- enjoy the foods they assumed would be off limits by simply planning meals in advance
