On today’s show, I discussed the idea of what you need to do less of that is holding you back from hitting your goals. For some people that’s Netflix, scrolling social or hitting the snooze button. For others, it’s a deeper internal thing like negative self-talk or over-thinking. Either way, you’ll find yourself being able to do more of the productive things when you eliminate the unproductive things.
