Pastor and Executive Director joins Chris Donnell on this weeks episode of Living Openly.
We discuss how to build inclusive communities. Mike is the Executive Director of Union Coffee shop in Dallas, TX. He leads by example. The work that he has done within the community is long-lasting and for some life-changing. Union Coffee is a product of the United Methodist Church but you wouldn't know it by stopping by for a quick cup of joe. Instead of a traditional church atmosphere, you find an inviting space where students can do their homework, professionals can have meetings, and the unloved or unforgotten is not only noticed but welcomed. For over a decade, Mike has used this coffee space as his pulpit.
