Ede Fox is a health coach and has been a carnivore since 2017. She had struggled with her health all of her life and became serious about her weight loss journey in 2015. In desperation, she attempted Weight Watchers, and she quickly realized the benefits of a low carbohydrate diet when her energy and vitality returned to her life. Within two weeks, her health complications began to resolve themselves. She successfully lost 80 pounds over a year and has not looked back. In our conversation with Ede, we discussed:
