In this episode I walk through 2 exercises you can do to start breaking the chains at level 2 - the chains related to external influences.
The chains of responsibilities and priorities have two parts to them - the responsibilities we want, and our priorities are the first part.
But the second part is about the responsibilities we are given by other people that we don't want, and the tasks from others that we let become our priorities.
This can lead to negative energy, frustration, resentment and burnout, so I go through 2 simple exercises you can use to assess the different responsibilities and priorities in your life so you can start to make changes.
Breaking through these chains can help you free up more time to spend with family or on the activities you love to do.
