Crystal “Zee” Hardy, Zongwe Binesikwe, is a Two-Spirit Anishnawbe-kwe from the Bear Clan, living in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Zongwe Binesikwe shares their stories guided by Spirit and includes their personal experiences healing through intergenerational trauma. They hope to help create safer spaces for Indigenous people through positive media representation, education and social justice.

They make thunder in topics related to decolonizing healthcare practices through cultural humility, empowerment of Indigenous people, and missing and murdered Indigenous womxn in Canada.

In this incredible conversation, Crystal opens up about the trajectory change their life took after their brother’s murder. This new path has included soul searching, ceremonial work, deep self-discovery, reclaiming the inner child, and really asking herself what they really want to do with their time here in this life. We discuss healthy relationships, self-awareness, and success vs. fulfillment.
