In this episode, I'm talking with Dancho Dimkov, a serial entrepreneur, founder of lead generation company BizzBee Solutions and author of the book Sweet Leads.
Dancho set up his first business at the age of 21. Like many of us, much of his early success came from hard graft and using every hour that was available. However, as other factors became more important – you know, life and all that – he realised that he had to create a company that was able to perform without him being there.
