There is a commonly held belief that you are a spiritual being having a human experience. The truth is there is a physical plane of existence with different layers of dimension. These are the physical realm or what we call reality, the bridge realm, which is more like the emotional realm, and the highest is the spiritual realm. Each realm has particular needs or requirements. The closer you are to the realm of reality, the more you can directly measure cause and effect, and as we get into the spiritual realm, we start to get into the more anthological aspects of what it is to be a human.
