Welcome back to This Sacred Life. I’m Shann Vander Leek and today I’m speaking with Kori Hahn, World traveler and author of Rituals of the Soul.
Kori Hahn is a surfer, yoga and meditation teacher, world traveler, and mother. When she was twenty years old, she traveled to Alaska, where she lived for twelve years in a remote cabin in close contact with nature, chopping firewood, hauling water, and skiing down towering mountains. Kori recently released her new book, Rituals of the Soul - Using the 8 ancient Principles of Yoga to Create a Modern and Meaningful Life.
