I asked Dan Berman to share a story from his time in ad sales at Oprah Winfrey Network. He was influenced by her leadership. So we kick off our interview with the importance of authenticity in leadership.
We then discuss sales and how there is no selling in sales. It’s all about the connection and the mutual win. It’s not about what you sell and it’s all about who you are.
