In today's episode, I'm joined by Lauren Amandla who is a 4/6 Manifesting Generator with the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix 1 and a Radical Self Love and Human Design mentor, to talk about how to unlock deeper levels of self love and acceptance using Human Design. Lauren has all of the integration channels so she's here to be self-empowered and through that be an example for others. She also has 1 Tribal Channel (the 26-44 Channel of Surrender) and with being a 4th line, community and connection is very important to her.
