We are rocking out today with a Holistic Therapist, Author, Speaker, and the owner of Keri Cooper Holistic Therapy herself, Keri Cooper. We talk about her business and the challenges and wins she has gone through while running it. She also shares how the changes in the world have affected people – both children and adults today.

Keri Cooper, LCSW, is the owner of Keri Cooper Holistic Therapy in northern New Jersey. In her private practice, she counsels teens and works to give them the tools they need to navigate life. Keri takes a holistic approach to therapy, looking at the whole person, not just their symptoms.

Keri is the author of “Mental Health Uncensored: 10 Foundations Every Parent Needs to Know,” a book designed to give parents steps to improve their child’s mental health. She is a speaker and writer who helps educate teens and parents on the topics teens face in everyday life. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Keri continues to further her education by obtaining additional certifications in her field, one of her favorite pastimes!

She is currently working on a follow-up book, which will be a workbook for teens. When Keri isn't busy working with teens, she is busy with her own four children and her flock of chickens. Keri can also be spotted falling on the bunny slopes or soaking up the sun on the lake.
