#212: Arclight Rumble, Children's Week, and Time-Saver Protodrakes

Nick, Rei, and Eric are back to talk about the latest in World of Warcraft news. They begin by talking about the the Warcraft Mobile game announcement of Arclight Rumble. Nick talks about how short the announcement trailer was and whether it looks like it will be a fun game. They talk about how this is Blizzard taking their try at a tower defense type game, and evolving the genre as they do. They mention that Tom Chilton, former lead game designer on WoW, is involved in the project. Nick wonders if the game will be different enough from Hearthstone Mercenaries or if they will be competing in the same space.
Next, Rei talks about what’s been going on with Order of Corrupted Souls. She talks about their struggling with a bad Demon Hunter and then mentions running Mists of Tirna Scythe with a pug druid. Eric talks about his return to tanking and that he is no longer using his retired death knight just for fishing.
Nick talks about the how School of Hard Knocks is being removed from the Children’s Week achievement, and complains that he was able to do it so everyone should. He then says that Path of Ascension in the Kyrian Covenant should be nerfed.
They also talk about the new raceclass combinations that are coming in Dragonflight. Also, patch 9.2.5 will not release at the same time as Season 4, and Season 4 will have experimental itemization for the raids. Also in the news, Blizzard has hired a new VP of Culture.
Finally, they look back at episode #112.
