· What is a distracted writer (and are you one)?
· You believe writers face two main kinds of distractions: worthy and unworthy. What do you mean by that?
· What are the 8 strategies for distracted writers?
#1 - Identify the distractions for what they really are.
#2 - Be clear about your goals and adjust them if necessary.
#3 - Deliberately defy distraction.
#4 - Be brutal to unnecessary distractions.
#5 - Train yourself for deep work.
#6 - Be wary of falsework.
#7 - Be distracted well.
#8 - Give Thanks.
